We are Jamie and Tara Axon, and we are originally from New Hampshire.

Our family, which includes four daughters, wanted to experience the joys of camping, so we purchased our first camper in 2012 and cherished our getaways. In 2016, we decided to establish a seasonal site locally, spending from May to October in our camper while closing our house for the summer. Although we often talked about becoming full-time RVers, figuring out the timing was our biggest challenge. Jamie was in the automotive industry for 20+ years and Tara was a LNA for 20+ years. We started preparing for our adventure in 2019, we sold our house in 2021 and moved into our camper.  We yearned for the freedom to travel and create lasting memories, and that’s when we discovered NRVTA in Athens, Texas, turning Horizons Point from a dream into reality.

 

Now, as empty nesters  and having 8 Grandchildern, Jamie, a Certified RV Technician, and I are eager to help others enjoy the RV lifestyle as much as we do Chasing the horizons!
